I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by 2020 Warranty. Despite submitting thorough evidence and multiple independent mechanic reports, my legitimate claim for a turbocharger failure was denied on the basis of "wear and tear."The company's response to my claim was frustratingly slow and dismissive. They cited wear and tear and carbon build-up, even though my vehicle has been meticulously maintained with regular oil changes and services. They ignored the fact that my car is only seven years old and in good condition for its age. Moreover, they previously approved a claim for a vacuum pump without raising concerns about wear and tear.Even after explaining that the turbo issue was diagnosed as a mechanical fault exacerbated by a well-known defect in my car's engine, they refused to reconsider. Their reliance on technicalities in their terms and conditions to avoid paying out is appalling and shows a lack of integrity.I would strongly advise against purchasing a warranty from this company. Their lack of accountability and refusal to honor valid claims renders their coverage effectively useless. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused warranty provider.
