Exceptional after-sales support, thank you! 🤩 Our unit displayed an error code after a couple of years. A temperature sensor was indicated as faulty. The support team was fantastic, and the engineer called to discuss potential causes (a corroded wire from exposure to the elements). He explained how to remove the front panel, access the sensor, check/repair the wire, and perform a general internal clean. His advice was accurate, and I managed to get the unit working again without needing an engineer visit. He even offered to guide us through the process over the phone if needed. What a true star!
