Outstanding post-purchase support, much appreciated! 🤩 Our unit encountered an error code after a few years. A temperature sensor seemed faulty. The support team was excellent, and the engineer called to share insights on the potential issue (a corroded wire from exposure to the elements). He guided me on removing the front panel, accessing the sensor, checking/repairing the wire, and performing a general internal cleanup. His advice was spot on, and I managed to get the unit operational again without needing an engineer visit. He also offered to assist us in real time over the phone if necessary. What a true star!

The windows appear to be of high quality, but the ordering process was poorly organized. We received windows with mismatched glazing bar configurations. Although this was indicated on the quote, it wasn't clear as each window was listed on a separate page. The company should provide clearer summaries or visuals of the windows to prevent such mistakes in the future.
The request for service was handled promptly, a significant improvement from my previous experiences! I consider the new customer service setup a resounding success. The service itself was efficiently executed, and the engineer was pleasant and helpful. Thank you.
The engineer was excellent, but he couldn't clean out the capsule as he didn't have the seals, so he just drained the water. He spent 1 hour 45 minutes checking, which works out to about £100/hour, making it quite expensive for a local service! I will be looking for more competitive rates next year.
