Outstanding post-purchase support, much appreciated! 🤩 Our unit encountered an error code after a few years. A temperature sensor seemed faulty. The support team was excellent, and the engineer called to share insights on the potential issue (a corroded wire from exposure to the elements). He guided me on removing the front panel, accessing the sensor, checking/repairing the wire, and performing a general internal cleanup. His advice was spot on, and I managed to get the unit operational again without needing an engineer visit. He also offered to assist us in real time over the phone if necessary. What a true star!
