This is my first review on a review platform, and I highly advise against using their services. It's shocking. They informed me that a $50 fee was required for someone to assess the problem, and additional charges would follow based on what they found. When I asked for a price range, they didn't provide an answer. The representative was quite pushy, rushed through my questions, and pressured me to book an appointment before abruptly hanging up. When I called back just moments later to cancel, since I was only seeking information about prices, she said I could cancel but still had to pay the $50, even though no one was coming. She insisted that the $50 was for the initial visit, not a booking fee. Overall, this feels like a significant scam. From what I've seen from others, this behavior appears to be their norm. So, in summary: steer clear of them.
