Its spam please don't not use them they pretended that they did alot of works but its just to charge you more and they don't do the job giving reason that need more complicated works and charged me more than 700 $ today i called reliance they solve the proplem with minimum cost very professional straight forward it was easy job for them no need for all the scenario that 247 reported shame on you please oakvillian be very carfuel from this company its aspam and don't give your credit card number to them these people you cant trust them at all they charges alot which we don't mind but not doing the job just pretending that they works !!!!

In short, avoid contacting them.

I strongly advise against using this service. Their fees are outrageous. The plumber they sent was efficient but completed a very minor task—attaching a hose to a new appliance—in just 8 minutes. I anticipated a surcharge but called during business hours, and they claimed they would arrive in 2 hours, even though they advertise a 1-hour response time. The plumber showed up 3.5 hours later, citing a holiday surcharge for a Tuesday between Christmas and New Year's. In hindsight, I wish I had waited another day. The woman on the phone was neither understanding nor compassionate. A very frustrating experience!

The plumber mentioned that if it were his own side job, it would have only been around $200. I find the $480 service charge to be outrageous.
