I contacted this company because my heating system was not functioning, leaving me without heat or hot water. I explained the situation over the phone, and the representative informed me of a £50 call-out fee plus any necessary repairs. Given the urgency, I thought this was reasonable. I accepted and was told someone would arrive within 2 hours. After waiting, I received a call 1.5 hours later stating they couldn't come out. I was very disappointed with this service. I waited around for the technician, only to be left without heat or hot water for the night. When I called back, the representative was unhelpful and rude, with no apologies offered. I attempted to speak with a manager, but none were available. I wanted to file a complaint, but I was abruptly hung up on! I strongly advise avoiding this company.
