Like the previous negative review of this company, 24/7 Emergency Plumber is an overpriced, and one shady company that I wished I have read the review before I contacted them. I had an emergency shut off valve leak, in panic I made a mistake calling the first sponsored advertisement online of this 24/7 emergency plumbing company. The website promised service within an hour, the plumber arrived more 3 hours late! No complain about the plumber, he was a nice guy and got the job done in like 10 minutes. But the company is one shady company that overcharged on a 10 min job, and didn’t disclose all the hidden charges when I first called them. The customer service on the phone only told me about a $100 emergency call out fee and extra charge about the parts. The final bill was more than $600! $100 emergency call out fee, $10 for the part, $40 for the plumber’s transportation and $330 for labor charges! With taxes and 15% admin fee it came out to $600+, for a 10 min job and 3 hours late!
