This is my first review, and I strongly caution against using this service. It's shocking. They informed me that I needed to pay $50 for someone to assess the issue, with additional charges based on what they found. When I asked for a price range, they didn't respond. The representative on the phone was aggressive, rushed through my questions, and pressured me to book an appointment before hanging up. When I called back just 30 seconds later to cancel, since I was only seeking information about prices, she mentioned I could cancel but would still have to pay the $50, even though no one was coming. She stated that the $50 was for the initial visit, not a booking fee. Overall, I feel this is a major scam. Based on what I've read from others, this seems to be their standard practice. In short, avoid contacting them.
