I contacted this service for a small job that needed immediate attention to restore my water supply. An engineer was promised within 2 hours but took 6 hours to arrive. They wouldn’t disclose the cost beforehand, and after the job, I was charged £489 for less than an hour of labor without any materials (I reside in the north of England, so I shouldn’t be paying London rates). I felt pressured to pay as the technician was waiting for the transfer before leaving, and being a woman living alone, it was quite intimidating. When I looked into how to get my money back due to illegal overcharging, I found out that the service has no physical presence in the UK and operates only through subcontractors. I strongly recommend avoiding this service - you'll likely be ripped off.
