It’s a shame that the cost of the repair overshadowed an excellent service. My husband spent 4 hours assisting the technician but we were shocked when a 4 hour call out cost £925 …. and this was for labour only. I suggest you ask them what the hourly charge will be before allowing them to commence. Ours wasn’t an emergency but a blocked toilet which caused an internal leak.He sorted the problem out but over for £225 per hours is outrageous. Will never use them again. Merry Christmas!
