Ordered motorised blinds after confirming my exact dimensions and Somfy motor model in advance, and was told everything was compatible. After ordering, there were no updates. Twice, weeks apart, I had to chase only to be told the order hadn’t registered in their system. After more than six weeks, production finally checked and said the blinds can’t be made with lift functionality at my dimensions—something that should have been flagged before I paid. Lots of apologies, but no ownership or proactive communication. I cancelled and won’t use them again.
