Ordered motorised blinds after confirming my exact dimensions and Somfy motor model in advance, and was told everything was compatible. After ordering, there were no updates. Twice, weeks apart, I had to chase only to be told the order hadn’t registered in their system. After more than six weeks, production finally checked and said the blinds can’t be made with lift functionality at my dimensions—something that should have been flagged before I paid. Lots of apologies, but no ownership or proactive communication. I cancelled and won’t use them again.

I had an issue with part of my order I had ordered in inches and had obviously made an error as I had added measurement insurance they help me to remeasure over the phone the patience show by the operator was first class and I have to say the two blinds that were correct took less than 15 minutes to fit both I highly recommend this company

Love the blind, fits perfectly. Sadly the carrier definitely took the edge off this item. Way too slow, rubbish communication and terrible tracking. After stating this to 24/7 it was a little disappointing to be offered a discount off a future offer as I would think long and hard about ordering again.

Such a great selection of blinds with many different colour schemes and designs. There is literally something to fit most homes. We ordered a twist and fit blind which arrived very quickly. The blind was very well madeand the colour a perfect match for our room. The twist and fit process was so simple with the supplied fitting guide. It took no more than 3 or 4 minutes to fit.
The company will send you samples/swatches if your not sure of the design/pattern or colour before ordering. We'll recommended.

Outstanding service. Able to chat through options on the phone and order on the phone. Two round bays now covered by beautifully made wooden venitians. Chose the next day service, as had our decorator here for the week. So impressed we did the second bay too. Honestly, cant recommend them enough.

The main issue with the service is delivery. They use the delivery company DX express. I tried to change the delivery date on DX express website on two occasions and they didn't head the delivery date change on both occasions. Also I spoke to the delivery driver (over the phone) during one of the deliveries and he told me that the company do not communicate any change too the delivery drivers. On both occasions I was out and the items were left outside my property.
