Recently ordered a Faux Wood in Deluxe Chic Grey Satin.
I meant to choose Fine grain. My mistake, I emailed immediately hoping to catch it before production, several days pass and several emails with zero response.
Finally get a response which states its fine they caught it in time. Great I thought, it turns up as Orion fine grain. Completely wrong colour.
Its nearly been a week and they've ignored every single email. Brilliant.
