I have missed my delivery date and have received ZERO communication from the service. The chat support is ineffective. It can take over three hours just to get a generic response like, "Good afternoon, I see the order was supposed to be dispatched on 28th November. Since that date has passed, I've reached out to production for an update - I'll inform you once I hear back." This is unacceptable. I have lost all faith that anyone will contact me again. The tracking feature provided in the confirmation email has never worked. My order number is: 306002179; could someone please respond? This is starting to feel like a scam, and I'm contemplating requesting a refund through my credit card and looking elsewhere. I've been waiting since 6th November for my order, and the lack of communication is very alarming.
