I've missed my delivery date and haven't received ANY communication from the service. The web chat is ineffective, often taking over 3 hours just to get a vague response like the one below: "Good afternoon, I can see the order was due to be dispatched on 28th November. As this has passed, I have contacted production to request an update - I will let you know when I have a response." This situation is unacceptable. I have little faith that anyone will reach out to me again. The "Track my order" feature in the confirmation email has never functioned properly. I would appreciate someone getting back to me regarding my order. This is starting to feel like a scam, and I'm contemplating requesting my payment back through my credit card and seeking alternatives. I've been waiting since 6th November for my order, and the lack of communication is very worrying.
