I reached out to the company several times for a report and to express my dissatisfaction, but no one followed up. My calls and emails went unanswered. For a service claiming to be emergency-oriented, this level of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected a professional diagnosis and resolution, but instead, I was left without heating or hot water overnight, and the company took no responsibility. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
