They promised a discount for their outrageous delay, but what we received was a removal of a 30% markup on materials they had never mentioned before! Since we provided the copper pipe, the so-called 'discount' only applied to two washers, which saved us almost nothing. This is a shameless business that exploits people in emergencies.
