I’ve been using this provider for a few months and it’s been extremely frustrating. I repeatedly asked them not to restart services without prior coordination, because I’m a Forex trader and I run multiple trading robots on my servers. Any unexpected downtime can disrupt active trades and potentially cause serious financial loss.
Despite my clear instructions, they still restart services without warning. Now they’ve even stopped replying to my emails, which is unacceptable for any hosting/VPS provider—especially one advertising reliability.
They also seem to have little understanding of online trading requirements and handle issues in a very basic, inexperienced way. I’m currently looking to move all of my servers elsewhere.
Overall: not reliable, poor communication, and not recommended for anyone who needs stable 24/7 uptime.
