Review Time
I’ve been using this provider for a few months and it’s been extremely frustrating. I repeatedly asked them not to restart services without prior coordination, because I’m a Forex trader and I run multiple trading robots on my servers. Any unexpected downtime can disrupt active trades and potentially cause serious financial loss.
Despite my clear instructions, they still restart services without warning. Now they’ve even stopped replying to my emails, which is unacceptable for any hosting/VPS provider—especially one advertising reliability.
They also seem to have little understanding of online trading requirements and handle issues in a very basic, inexperienced way. I’m currently looking to move all of my servers elsewhere.
Overall: not reliable, poor communication, and not recommended for anyone who needs stable 24/7 uptime.

I wish they had English language on their website.I used their cheapest plan and everything was fine.I like that they have pre-paid plan. Very convenient.No annodying ads, no email spam. The website is very comprehensive. Beautiful German company as you could imagine efficient German company.P.S. please add English when you have time 💖
Caught a halloween 2023 special where they doubled the vcpu cores and the RAM, for an excellent price. VPS delivered instantly and the cpanel is pretty good. They even let me install a different ISO than the ones available (I asked in a ticket and they helped with it), I only had to create a backup after I installed everything, and now I can always start fresh with that operative system. The VPS is sharp and is working well till this day. 5 stars!
