Be cautious, this may be a scam. An incompetent worker spent about 30 minutes here, with around 10 minutes on the phone. The bill was €455.13, which we paid upfront, a regrettable decision. The issue remained unresolved, and less than 12 hours later, it recurred. On the phone, they quoted €9,000 for repairs, claiming parts needed replacement. Eventually, we switched to another company, and everything was fixed in less than a day for €3,000, not €9,000.
A technician was sent to fix the boiler, but the problem persisted. They merely adjusted the settings and claimed it was fine, even after the boiler completely shut down. Following their visit, the boiler stopped working as the adjustments were incorrect. I reached out multiple times via phone and email, but received no response. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They still owe me money and only promised to call back, which never happened. After nearly two months of trying to communicate, I had no success.
Beware! They charge without providing a bill and fail to complete the work. There’s no guarantee; it's a scam. They cannot fix anything. Please report them to the consumer protection agency. This company is disgraceful and should refund all the money they’ve taken for inadequate service. They exhibit total incompetence. Avoid them for your own safety.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service regarding a toilet leak. They arrived hours late and charged me a significant amount just to turn off the water without fixing the actual issue. I felt deceived and was pressured into making the payment.
Very high charges! While I was on vacation, they refused to wait three weeks and threatened to send a bailiff to my home. Additionally, the system failed again two weeks later, and they wouldn’t come to fix it because they needed to wait for payment. Their service was very disappointing.
