When I discovered this a week later and requested a third visit under the guarantee, they accused me of tampering with the settings and claimed I was lying, which was completely false. I chose this service based on their quick response and professional appearance, hoping to avoid issues. Unfortunately, their actions proved to be not only incompetent but also threatening and unsafe.
