I don’t typically write reviews, but I want to share my experience to help others avoid a similar situation. Don’t be misled by the ratings here. While this may not be the case for everyone, I feel I was taken advantage of. The tutor disregarded my instructions completely and submitted incorrect work. When I tried to address the issue, he stopped communicating until I reached out to customer support for a refund. Instead of resolving the problem, he asked for additional payment to 'do it properly' and refused to issue a refund. The customer service is very slow and not helpful. When they do respond, it’s with vague replies like, 'Have you tried discussing it with the tutor?' After weeks of back-and-forth, they eventually stopped replying altogether. The provided phone number is useless. When called, you only receive an automated message, and no one ever picks up. Now I’m out 150 dollars with nothing to show for it.
