I don’t typically write reviews, but I want to share my experience to help others avoid a similar situation. Don’t be misled by the ratings here. While this may not be the case for everyone, I feel I was taken advantage of. The tutor disregarded my instructions completely and submitted incorrect work. When I tried to address the issue, he stopped communicating until I reached out to customer support for a refund. Instead of resolving the problem, he asked for additional payment to 'do it properly' and refused to issue a refund. The customer service is very slow and not helpful. When they do respond, it’s with vague replies like, 'Have you tried discussing it with the tutor?' After weeks of back-and-forth, they eventually stopped replying altogether. The provided phone number is useless. When called, you only receive an automated message, and no one ever picks up. Now I’m out 150 dollars with nothing to show for it.

Her commitment to helping showed in her immediate responses and patience with my situation. I am very appreciative and will definitely turn to this sight for ongoing needs and to Catalina02 for expertise. Additionally Matt assisted in IT challenges I was experiencing and professionally fixed the situation. His communication was outstanding and the fix was timely. This is a very professional group that is a fantastic alternative to waiting for an in-person tutoring session. I am a 56 y/o return student seeking my doctorate and appreciate this learning opportunity!
Honestly I feel like you can’t go wrong with the online tutoring. as simple as sending in a problem and having a session with an expert going through it step by step has been a game changer. Especially since I use this platform for physics. I really recommend this platform if you want the best chance of succeeding at school!!!
Rebeca was great in coming up with a work plan to help my granddaughter who is struggling with Spanish II. She geared the plan for a visual learner and my granddaughter is excited to work with Rebeca, who is patient and easy to understand. We are so glad we decided to have a tutor.
