I'm sharing this review to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue. I've been a member at a smaller gym for about 13 years. Recently, my insurance began covering my membership, but I was charged twice in one month. When I spoke to the manager, he only offered to refund half of the overcharge, which seems unreasonable to me. I'm considering escalating this issue, as I believe this reflects poor customer service practices.
