Overpriced. Saturday evening before Christmas and panicked after finding a leak on the valve for filling loop in the hot press which caused pressure in boiler to drop and therefore not work. Baby and young child in the house so needed problem fixed ASAP. Knew price would be expensive as it was a Sunday morning job but €305 later after 20 mins work, I feel robbed. The guy didn't even pressurise the system after fitting the new filling loop, only for i called my wife to see if the boiler was back working as I was in work. She had to get him back in to top up the system and bleed some radiators. I would have been able to top up the system myself but was at work for the day, but the job should have been completed and then tested after. Feel like these companies take advantage of people to much in a moment of panic. I wasn't going to write a review but when I got a message from them later telling me I would get a €15 voucher if I left a good review, that didn't sit right with me so here's an honest review
