Called to book about a gas boiler repair. The lady who answered the phone said that one of their plumbers was out sick and the other was on holidays. So she doesn't have anybody available to do the repairs and she doesn't know when they would be available. What sounded odd to me was that how would you not know when a person is returning from holidays and would be available to work again? For the person who is sick I can understand its unpredictable. But doesn't make sense for the person who is on holidays. After this recent interaction, I'm not sure how reliable they are. So book them at your own risk.
