The technician didn't even pressurize the system after installing the new filling loop; I had to call my wife to check if the boiler was functioning. She ended up having to call him back to top up the system and bleed some radiators. I could have handled the system top-up myself if I weren't at work, but the job should have been completed and verified. It feels like these companies exploit people's desperation during emergencies.
