This is the second time I have used them. The first time, I waited 6 hours when I was told it would be 2 to 3. This time, I waited almost 7 hours, contacted them through email, got no response. Then called them and was told that my pharmacy and questionnaire did not go through so even though I paid for it, I wouldn't get anything. I refilled this information out then asked if I would be waiting another two to three hours, they said they can't guarantee how long it will be because they had just opened an hour ago. Their website clearly states in large letters that they provide 24/7 care. I will never use them again. If they had contacted me or had anything indicating that my form wasn't filled out on their end or something maybe that would be different. This is the second time I have done this. The first time, they got my form through after I called them but this time, nothing.
