The service was quick and easy. I needed antibiotics ASAP and 24doc saved my life. The price was very reasonable and accessible for people without insurance. I would definitely use this service again. I recommended it to a family member.
This is the second time I have used them. The first time, I waited 6 hours when I was told it would be 2 to 3. This time, I waited almost 7 hours, contacted them through email, got no response. Then called them and was told that my pharmacy and questionnaire did not go through so even though I paid for it, I wouldn't get anything. I refilled this information out then asked if I would be waiting another two to three hours, they said they can't guarantee how long it will be because they had just opened an hour ago. Their website clearly states in large letters that they provide 24/7 care. I will never use them again. If they had contacted me or had anything indicating that my form wasn't filled out on their end or something maybe that would be different. This is the second time I have done this. The first time, they got my form through after I called them but this time, nothing.
My husband has a appointment Monday with aspen....but his face swelled up today and it Saturday. No one is at Aspen.
I paid the 39. And waited a hour . Nothing. I got scared and called. NA. But it tell me to leave a message and I asked if this is a scam? They called back but somehow I missed it. When I called back he answered. It's not a scam. He had our prescription for antibiotics send 3 minutes later and a hour later we wicked up script. I am so THANKFUL these are real people and did just what they said. They had it sent to out local Walgreens. Thank you very much!
It couldn't have been easier. On the weekend with offices closed and having strep throat, the last thing you want to do is go to an urgent care. To sit and wait and pay hundreds of dollars just in order to get a prescription for antibiotics. From the comfort of my home, sick as I felt, I was able to obtain what I needed to get on the path to recovery. Couldn't have been easier. And on top of everything only paying the $39.99 for consultation. I will definitely use this service again and will tell others.
I’m still waiting for my pink eye prescription. Going on 6 hours. Pharmacy will be closed in hour. I paid 39$ and no contact info. This is ridiculous. I’m losing more money by missing days out of work. Seems like a scam.
