The website was difficult to navigate. I was unclear if the process but did have a clear understanding based on 5 hour timeframe that was given when I tried to track my prescription. I also called customer service representative at like 630 or seven and was sure that I would have a decision within five hours. I requested it and paid at like 230 to 3 and was assured that I would be able to get my prescription today and would have my prescription ready within five hours. When it became clear at 9 o’clock that wasn’t gonna happen I called several times and wasn’t not able to get a hold of anybody, even though you guys say or 24 hours and no one was responding to my email request. And, I am going to bed in pain tonight without an antibiotic due to excessive time to have a prescription called in and miss representative timeframe both online and verbally I will not be using the service again and I would not recommend. I have used other services like TelMed that was a flat fee of 2999 and had a much better smoother and quicker experience
