I initially felt scammed after booking a car and having my money deducted, but the subsequent steps via email didn’t work. After persistent emailing and posting a review, I finally received a response fixing the mobile site issue, allowing me to use the service, albeit with much difficulty. It was a unique experience that I would not want to repeat! An easy contact number or a WhatsApp business option would greatly help customers.
