No way I'll use 24rent again.I asked to rent a van 2 days before the date. 7.4hrs before rental I realized that cargo will not be delivered in time and I don't need a van. So I cancelled the reservation and in 7 hours I got a message that I will not get a cent back because of their policy. The company returns money back only when you cancel your reservation 7 days before the time. Which wasn't possible in my situation.317 eur wasted.I don't recommend this company. They are crooks.
