READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT V2.0:This service might market itself as a cheap self-service car rental, but it's nothing but a hidden fees scam.First of all their customer service is next to none and they do not reply to any of our queries or questions during the rental. We accidentally drove across the border to Sweden during our rental. It was literally a bridge over a river from which we U-turned from directly. For this "breech of contract" we were charged 120EUR. About 20% of our total rental bill. I tried to clear this situation up but was unable to receive any replies to my emails to their customer support. 2 weeks later they hit me with a 650 EUR Bill (effectively doubling our bill) for spending 2 min on the wrong side of the border. I call them and this time they finally answer. I then agree to pay the 120EUR but I can assure you that I will never be using this service again. Absolute scam, you are not their customer and they do not care about you at all! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
