This service is untrustworthy. I encountered the worst service imaginable. I rented a car that had a damaged bumper, and they charged me an additional $50 for a delayed pickup. Moreover, I was charged $30 per day for insurance. I returned the car over a month ago and still have not received my security deposit refund because they hold it for 20 business days. I would not advise anyone to rent from this service again.
