Terrible experience overall! When I finally located their very inconvenient pickup location (which is not clearly marked), there was confusion about a change that did not show up on the agent's system, even though I had received confirmation via text and email. This mistake ruined my entire trip, and I ended up paying more elsewhere after taking an Uber. I'm still waiting on my refund.
