The car was very nice, the price was good, and the service at the pickup was great. I was pleased with the rental. However, we had an issue with them not returning the deposit after the rental. When I tried to contact them, their homepage was down, and the phone numbers listed online went unanswered. The email on the invoice also received no response. Eventually, I found another number on their social media and was able to reach them to get my deposit back. So while the product and service were good, make sure to get your deposit back immediately upon returning the car, as you may have trouble reaching them later.
