I placed my order in December expecting a slow shipping process due to the time of year. Weeks went by with no update. I emailed and asked for an update and was told there was a shipping issue. Another week, I asked to cancel the order. I had to confirm via email (in the same chain) multiple times I wanted to cancel. I have asked for my refund five or six times and keep getting excuses. I keep getting told it's being escalated to a manager. Nothing. It's over a month in at this point and I assume I'm out $100. Unbelievable.
