Terrible customer service

I ordered my pilates board on May 2, 2025. It never arrived. 3 weeks later still no board. So I get a message from 28 pilates that says I'll be getting 15 dollars back and a free board. Apparently the purple board was sold out. They never told me that. Then an instructor named Michael emails me and says the pink is sold out. Would you accept a purple one. Im like sure. Just want to get started. Well the purple one never came. Again I reach out to customer service and get the usual. We are sorry. Its on the way. Still never arrived. So it took from May 2 to May 30th to get my full refund. I have no board, I do have access to the workouts without a board. This was the complete worst customer experience I've ever had. I think they just wanted me to give up so they could keep my $$$.
