Delivery says 3 days, do not expect your package to arrive in this time! Took 10 days to arrive. No apology and poor excuse that “it can take longer” so the answer to that is to be transparent on the website and not express a 3 day delivery if it is not physically possible. I made the order with extra added items, half of them did not arrive with the order. Seeing some of the reviews it looks like I am not the only one so it’s not a one off mistake. No apology, no explanation. Poor customer service. No confidence of rectifying the problem and serious concerns with the website misleading and misselling the products in the package and delivery.
