I did it! 🙌 Just wrapped up my 28-day Pilates Reformer challenge, and I feel so proud of myself. When I started, I honestly didn’t know what to expect — I just knew I wanted to commit to something that would stretch me (literally 😅).Those first few days were no joke! There were times I had to modify moves and push through the burn, but every session got me a little stronger, a little more confident, and a lot more connected to my body.💪 My core is tighter.🧘♀️ My posture’s better.🔥 And yes — I can now hold a plank and do a plank pike!This challenge reminded me that progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency and showing up even on the hard days.
