I bought the Pilates board and was so excited to try something new. I really like the Pilates board. I mean it’s only a little over $100 so you definitely get what you pay for.. I was highly highly disappointed with the classes and the customer service!!! Be careful as they tell you you get a 28 day 30 day trial well just a heads up. It’s almost impossible to stop your trial and it’s $40 a month which is 1000% not worth it. The videos didn’t even go online. The wording was off. It would tell you to switch when you weren’t meant to switch so you have to completely be looking at the TV to know what’s truly happening and knowing what you’re supposed to do if you rely just on the sound well they did not edit the videos very well.Then once I finally got a hold of somebody because it took me almost 3 months to get a hold of somebody when I started threatening them that I was going to have my bank file a dispute because I couldn’t cancel. They offered me an extra free month and I said fine. I won’t have my bank dispute the charge. Well guess what that free month was a lie as soon as it ran out, they kicked me out of the program as someone who was a former instructor. This is highly disappointing and if you have any experience working out, save your money their workouts cost more than gems and aren’t worth it plus the customer service absolutely horrible. I don’t appreciate when people lie deep ill and cheat me.
