I have to say I was a little sceptical at first but it has lived up to my expectations and more. I did think the board wasn't going to hold my weight - I was wrong. The classes are excellent, and there are way more than I expected so you can complete different challenges, different classes, breathing exercises, classes without the board - and even a section on what to eat, how to cook it - it's excellent. My only advice is to get the board and the free 28 days when you are looking to start straight away. You can also do the challenges before your board arrives.There is a fab community so you can chat to other 28 dayers, you can just post your progress - you don't have to talk to anyone or you can just not bother with the community. The community is a great place to help keep you motivated and to chat with others if you have any queries or struggles. I have loved using the board and the classes and so far I'm 1st 4lb down in 6 weeks so I'm more than happy with my progress - I'm not the most agile person but you can feel and see just how far you come in a short space of time.
