Absolutely the best thing I ever did is purchase this board 😊 . The workouts are great quick and really effective, not to mention the coaches are absolutely Awsome. If that’s not enough you have the most amazing community ever cheering you along. I’ve met lots of lovely ladies from near and far 😁 I’ve been on here for six weeks and already lost 10lb and a total of 8 1/2 inches all over. I would never go back this has helped to keep me motivated and eating healthier. Best thing ever !!!
