This program is the best excercise program I have ever signed up for! The community and the trainers make all the difference. I love how quick the workouts are and they give you excellent results quick! The live classes they offer are absolutely amazing and you can see and talk to the coaches! It truly is an amazing program. I am in my 76th day in a row. In the past I hated exercising but with this I looked forward to it each day. I have more energy and feel better all the way around.
