Delivery was promised within 3 days of purchase - in reality it took 3 weeks and that was after following up with customer care team to raise concerns with tracking number and if I was ever going to receive the order. Quality of the board is ok but not worth the money. In terms of videos, you have to activate your free trial which then turns into a paid subscription (£39.99 pm) without any authorisation being requested. I have now been chasing a refund for over 1 week with no success - apparently management have to approve this and they are, of course, taking their time to do so. During this period I’ve yet to be able to access any videos and instead are bombarded with emails from the ‘28pilates community’. Do not buy this product or anything else from this company.
