The community is great! The app is very user friendly (love that I can check off workouts as I go to see my progress in a program!), the board is EFFECTIVE ( I've lost inches from my waist and I've only used it for a couple of months), customer service is exceptional and so much more. These workouts are fun, the community is encouraging and everyone wants to see our friends succeed in becoming healthier versions of ourselves. I wish I would have bought this board sooner because I would have been at my goal weight three months ago!
