Delivery took a lot longer than expected and the received a board that looked like it had been used and returned, ripped handle timer broke with marks on the board, contacted them to which they apologised and said they would send another and I would receive tracking information. After a week I contacted them to sake when it would be sent as I’d had no tracking information to have an email back stating that the ripped handle would not affect use and offered a £3 refund 😂 I have replied back asking to return the board for a full refund to which Iv paid £100. Iv had no reply since and will take this further. Absolute joke of a company
