I love the set up and encouragement, it’s not as user friendly as I would like. It would feel more fluid if workouts were in their own spot and had a mark as done when complete so you could see clear progress towards completion. I wish the reformer would have a lock underneath or the sides because the board will pull up with resistance bands if you aren’t standing on it…. It’s a little cheaply made
