The stars would be negative if I was allowed. First of all, I ordered the black machine and received purple. When I sent them an email, they said "oh, the black one is out of stock so we shipped you the purple". Um...NO! That is not what I ordered!!! If the product I ordered is out of stock then cancel the order!!! They eventually shipped me the correct one but too little too late. Apparently when you purchase a machine, you have agreed to their monthly subscription. After your "free" month, they charge the card you purchased your machine with. This is a scam and an absolute joke. No where did I sign up for a subscription, agree to a subscription or authorize you to continually charge my credit card. Forget trying to get someone on the phone when you call the number on the website!!! Its an automated Google recording. This company is a joke and steals money from their consumers. BUYER BEWARE!!
